The bid form, spreadsheet, or PDF layout your clients expect. We return work in your format, not ours.

How you price

Your rates if you keep a library, your markup structure, your templates. Rough is fine. A recent bid you sent tells us most of it.

The project you want bid, with its plan set

A live one you are bidding now, or a recent one you already know the answer to. PDF, DWG, or a model, at whatever stage the plans are. The recent one lets you grade us against your own number.

What you care about

Target scopes, turnaround, the numbers you want hit. Tell us what a win looks like so the bid gets judged on your terms.

The terms, plainly

  • The first bid is free. No card, no contract, no obligation after.
  • You keep the bid either way, along with every work product we produce.
  • Your first bid comes back within 72 hours of completed intake.
  • After the free bid, every bid is priced to the project and stated before we start: small and simple projects cost little, full custom homes more, hotels and multifamily more still.
  • Your data stays yours. It is never used to train anyone else's bids.
